You’ve completed the first draft of your manuscript, but are you ready to sell? Are you ready to face critical feedback from people who just don’t understand “your baby?” Good writers write and then rewrite, utilizing feedback from critique groups, contests, and beta readers until they have the best book possible. Then, they send their polished work to me or another editor, understanding that at least one more "rewrite" is in their future. Your book needs to stand on its own when it's submitted. The author can’t be there to explain the story, so let me teach you how to make that critical presentation to a literary agent or an acquiring editor at a publishing firm.
